What I keep, and why.

Last updated 5 November 2026

Short version: I collect what's needed to audit your brand and build your site, keep it to myself, and delete it if you ask.

What I collect

What you type in: your name, email, company details, Brand Notes, audit submissions and messages to Cameron.

Files you upload — reference images and brand assets. They live in private storage, not on a public URL.

Basic usage data so I can see which pages work and which get ignored.

Why

To run your account, produce the audit, and make the AI output sound like you instead of sounding generic.

To answer messages and send you the occasional update about your own project. Nothing else.

Who touches it

The app runs on Base44, which hosts the database, files and login. AI features send the relevant text to a model provider to generate a response.

I don't sell data, and I don't hand it to advertisers.

Cookies

Sign-in needs a couple of essential cookies — those can't be switched off and aren't used for tracking.

Analytics cookies are optional and only load if you accept them. The banner at the bottom of the site is where you decide, and the footer has a link to change your mind later.

How long

Account and project data stays while your account is open, so old audits and notes stay useful.

Ask me to delete anything and it goes, unless I'm legally required to keep it.

Your call

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by messaging Cameron from your account.

If you're in a region with specific privacy rights, say which one and I'll honour it.

Written in plain English on purpose. If something here needs a lawyer's eye for your jurisdiction, say so and I'll get it reviewed. Message Cameron.

CookiesAnalytics cookies show me what's working. Nothing sold, nothing following you around. You can change this any time from the footer. Details
